The Embassy of Libya Hosts an Education and Cultural Experience Event in Washington, D.C.
On Friday, October 14th, 2022, the Office of the Education and Cultural Attache in partnership with Things To Do's CEO Gregory Bland, hosted a professionals cultural event showcasing unique Libyan artifacts, and traditional clothing. The guests were also served delicious Libyan food and entertained by a live oud player.
Charge d’Affaires Khaled Daief opened the event by welcoming the guests and explaining interesting fun facts about Libya. Embassy diplomats engaged with guests, speaking to them about Libya, and its culture.
