Libyan Embassy in Washington DC, cultural activities

On the premise that cultural exchange forge the corner stone of building and solidify bridges and narrow differences between cultures, the Libyan Embassy in Washington DC is honored to be a regular contributor to cultural affairs in the great Washington DC metropolitan area to not only introduce the Libyan culture but to enrich it by this wonderful fusion of colorful cultures exchange.    

The Libyan Embassy has participated in the American Arabesque cultural event at the town of King Street, Alexandria, VA and Winternational annual festival at the Ronald Regan Building and International Trade Center in Washington DC which took place on Saturday, December the 3rdand on Wednesday, December the 8th The events marked a celebration of Arabic, Middle Eastern and International cultural activities where delicious Arabic and International cuisine, music and Artifacts were enjoyed. The Embassy has displayed Libyan local hand crafted items along with a magnificent array of stunning enlarged pictures that conveyed all colors and aspects of Libyan heritage and culture. The Libyan Embassy’s exhibition has received great appreciation from the local and international crowd that visited the event.
